[SOLVED]How do I open .nfo files?

I just wondered if and how it can be done.
Also, I downloaded Age of Empires 3: War-Chiefs Expansion and it seems there is no serial on the upload. Can anyone give me a serial? It would help massively. Thanks

I go to [tools] and [folder options] and [file types] and set [nfo] to be openned by notepad

Right Click Open
Choose Program From List
Choose NotePad
Or The Best Alternative is Damn NFO viewer [100% excellent proggie]

NFO files (short for information) are plain text or ASCII so text editors should be able to open them.
Just right click – open with and select notepad.
