[SOLVED]Help with HDD security annoyance

Hi all I bought a laptop (Used) and when I boot up it’s asking for hard drive password which I have but it’s a pain having to input password all the time.
My question is how do I get rid of this annoyance?
Any help is greatly appreciated

go into the bios (enter setup) and under security I think
the correct section should show “supervisor” & “harddrive”
under “harddrive” select no p/w or set the p/w to none
should ask you for your current p/w then OK the change
