[solved]Changing the language in Windows7 Home Premium

August 6th, 2016

Hello everyone,
I bought a new notebook and it came with a Turkish Windows7 Home Premium. However, I cannot speak Turkish well enough to use an OS. The problem is that the window where language settings should appear is all blank/grey. I cannot change the display language. I could not find a way to turn it into English. What should i do other than installing Windows7 again?

Answer #1
it’s not possible to my knowledge unless you have ultimate or enterprise OS. if you had one of those two, you’d be able to download a language pack… you’re just going to have to re-download an English version.
