[SOLVED] Windows Task Manager – all the tabs disappear ?

It’s strange that all the tabs of my Windows Task Manager including file,options,view,help disappear .
Unlike the usual Windows Task Manager :

You can see my screen capture of my current Windows Task Manager here :

I have uploaded these files to virustotal.com and all the scanners found no virus for each file : taskmgr.exe and taskmgr.ex_ in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and TASKMAN.EXE in C:\WINDOWS .
Can anyone tell me why this problem happens and how to solve this problem . Thanks a lot .
I’m using Win Xp Pro Version 2002 SP2 . My computer : Intel Pentium 4 , CPU 3 GHz , 1 GB Ram . If you need the logs or info of my computer by a program ( HijackThis , Process Monitor , Process Explorer or whatever you like ) , feel free to ask me to provide them .
At first , I intend to install the SP3 for XP to overwrite the Windows Task Manager , but later I hope you guys could help me to gain some knowledge about this problem . Thanks again . .
