[SOLVED] Windows login password does not work

If I set any password on a freshly installed Windows 7 Ultimate and log off that password will not work.
I have already dealt with the problem of logging in, now I have another administrator account so I can easily remove the password on the other account. I tried many different passwords, but none will work.
Anyone know what might be the cause for this?
P.S. I Googled, ofc, but I cannot this specific issue, as all the idiots are stuck on the login screen.
