Is there any website to calculate checksum (MD5 or any) of remote file?

Not really. However if you manage to remote the file to Rapidshare you can get the MD5 of the file via RS’s API.

OK I successfully uploaded all files to rapidshare, now what? How should I find checksums?
EDIT: I found it. It can be done with Link Exporter in File Manager.
