Scratchy Sound when watching 6Ch/6aac

so heres the thing: whenever I watch a movie with 6Ch/6aac sound i hear weird “scratchy” noises. This is really annoying and I cant find a Solution to the Problem. Everything else sounds fine: Movies with 5.1 sound, Games and Music.
So far i have updated the audio drivers and tried VLC and Media Player Classic – HC but the Problem persits. I also tried the front- and back audioports with different headphones. I cant figure out whats wrong so I’m hoping anyone here has an Idea.

i7 4770k
MSI Z87-G43
8Gb DDr3
GTX 770
Headphones: Superlux HD 681
If you are playing the files into a normal stereo device such as stereo headphones or speakers (not 5.1)
then make sure your audio playback in your sound manager is set to stereo..
