Saw this site using word press

Hey, i really need help i plan to set up a site using bluehost adn wordpress. I saw this guy has a site was was powered by word press. I was wonderign how i make a layout which looks like a site and a blog.

Signup on wordpress and download the pack. Or create your blog on wordpress, and export it to your host
