Satellite TV

I need to buy, install and configure a satelital dish, a reciever, and all the stuff needed to recieve satelital TV.
As you may have figured out by now, I don’t know so much about this. Is there a forum – board about these matters? I’ve found a few in Google, but they are too technical, I need the info in plain English (or Spanish).

Are you talking about “free to air” (unencrypted) satellite signals, or “pirated” satellite signals?
