Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 : 7 HomeScreens

Today i saw it had only 4 homeScreens while i remembered it had 7.
I dont know if it was deleted by my brother or something, ad i have searched around a bit there but failed to see that option to add/delete another Homescreen to your Home.

so if you go to a screen, put a finger and thumb on it, and pinch them together (like zooming in) it should bring up all the screens, look for a ‘+’ or ‘add’ button? not sure about this….
