Rosetta Stone assistance please

I’ve installed Rosetta Stone 3.3.7 w/ levels 1, 2 & 3 of Spanish – Latin America and German. My problem is that when I open the program it continually asked for activation codes for each of the 6 files. Could someone post the codes or assist me in any manner?

I just run a patch every time ,before Iopen Rosetta Stone…. and it works perfectly I am about to finish level one of Italian. the patch thaat I am talking about is everywhere here on this site.
