Regarding Blackberry 9300 transfer files..

Hi peoples..
I ave blackberry 9300 and i am getting message saying phone memory is almost full coz i downloaded few apps.
Now the question is How do i transfer those application files into the memory card???
I tried googling alot.. but getting nowhere please if anyone has this phone help me out

Find the applications on your phone and use the BB button and select move
