But I want it slightly lower

I would to get the lnk which will direct me to point “4”, Not the top of the comment
Dont think you can. If you have seen it before, you must have clicked on the link, the page went straight to the anchor (the bit after the #) and when the page fully loaded, the page didnt move down with the anchor, it stayed where it was, leaving you half way through a different comment. If you are using firefox, click the Go button again after the page with the anchor has loaded and it will take you to where it is linking to. Otherwise, you havent seen it on this forum although it can be used on all HTML websites.
