rapidleecher on webhosting

i recently upload a rapidleech script on my webhosting to test it,and upload some files on it,but admin of webhosting suspended my account…and he dosn’t answer my emails from then, the hosting also has money back guarantee that i have sent a request for that,they don’t subtract money from my credit card yet…
please tell me if you have any advice or experience about it…
