Answer #1
you should not run into any problems with this method as they are just scanning anti-virus software is where you can have problems running more than 1, not spyware, adware and malware software
Answer #2
Anyother suggestions from somebody? Shall I follow Hiren Instructions?
Answer #3
I say those programs are not enough. You need more this days. I personally just keep Avira + Comodo Firewall + Malwarebytes + SuperAntiSPyware. Sometimes run Combofix and run live cd of Kaspersky or Dr Web or do web scan with McAfee scanner or other online scanners. When you have doubts you will scann with more than 1 av and lots of antispyware programs. If you think you dont need all of those is cuz you underestimate Windows. Its so fragile and if you dont have proper protection and go downloading random executables you be infected in no time.

How can you do that? Because we cannot install more than 1 antivirus. Please explain.

Answer #6
Auntie Spamware, Auntie Hamware, it’s Auntie this that and just about everything else these days.
It’s ALL overrated mate. You don’t need half the stuff people are advising you to install to protect your computer against attack.
I have only ever used an AntiVirus program (currently ESET Nod32AV) and one program like this has been sufficient to protect my PC since the beginning of the internet many years ago. In all that time I got a virus once or perhaps twice and that is nothing to worry about in twenty odd years. I’ve never used a firewall or anti-spyware (although I have tested both).
Use you head and you will stay safe.
