Question about the Hd3850

So yeah, my question is:
Can a 450w Generic PSU support the HD3850?.
Im asking cause Im going to buy the card ( or not if my Psu doesnt support), but can anyone here help me telling me if it can or not.
I looked on the PSU box for the amp rails ( which I dont understand..)

as u can see it should work on ur psu

well… there are 450W worse than others.. well doesnt matter if no one knows xD
