question about IRC and Trading

with the turn of events, the trade forums are now closing, and just become a requesting section.
What about the IRC?
is trading in there prohibited?

What do you mean by IRC,
IRC has thousands of servers,
each server for his own purpose and his own rules.
If you look for servers I am sure that you will find some that make trading legal, but i wouldn’t trade over IRC because scams are crazy there.
