psp game help

i recently downloaded the game “naruto shippuden legends akatsuki rising”
i put it on my psp and when i tried to run it i got the error message “the game could not be started. (80020148) since im not the one who hacked my psp, i wasnt sure on what to do but i was told to download the latest firmware so i downloaded and installed 5.00 m33-6
but even after this i still got the same error message, i dont know what else to do to get this game working. im really dumb with my psp.
any help on how to get it working would be greatly appreciated.

well id update to 5.50 gen D = optional
then hold down the select button a menu will pop up go to iso mode and select m33 driver should sort it out
