We recommend the following:
Minimal Specs:
AMD XP/64 or Intel Pentium 4 (VM Built will not work with non SSE2 CPU’s)
512MB of RAM

Recommended Specs: (For reasonable performance in many games, but not all)
AMD64 X2 or Intel Conroe E6600+ (Multi Threading is supported in PCSX2)

I wouldn’t waste my time with a ps2 emulator b/c they haven’t really come all that far along yet. Last time I messed with one a few months back there were a couple games that would run on them but not very good.
