Problem with printing in Word

I have problem when printing in Word. Word ignore left and right margins settings

make sure the page settings are defined properly as in you use default paper size that is 8.5″ by 11″

You might want to make sure that the paper in your printer tray matches the paper type in the print dialogue. Choosing the wrong type can be the cause of margin offsets.

try using the Scale option to fit A4

What are those custom margins you are using.
Since i don’t print at home i usually save any file i want to print to .PDF first and then print it.
