There is so much precision needed, is it worth taking the risk on permanent ink or something half good quality as that onto skin?

AHAHHHAHHAHA no… It would be better to get it in a big resolution so it can look better, cause when smaller, it will be a lot harder.
that looks awesome, but best thing to do would be to print it off and actully ask someone who tatoos people for a living
It really depends on how much your willing to pay and who you ask, for a job like this you will either need a very dodgy high street tatooist who would accept alot of money for it, or a very proffesional business. I suggest the proffesional business as if something goes wrong, it costs extra to either get it re-done which is more risk or completely removed

yeah i would say that could be done, for best results go to some1 with a good reputation. far 2 many wannabees out there who think they no it all.. it would prob take them just as long to get the design right on the stencil b4 they even started it. looks preety nice but def not the sort of design i would personally have
