PLEASE HELP WITH 32GB ITOUCH

So I jailbreaked it on 2.0.2 firmware with Winpwn 2.5 BETA.
I already have cydia on it.
How do I put games/apps on it? Please help the iTouch noob.

1. connect to a wireless network
2. open cydia
3. goto sections
4. browse through and download the games apps you want

Sorry, I dont have a wireless network.
Plus I want to install the apps from my computer in ipa format. Any ideas on how to do this?
