PC restarting suddenly when playing game

intel C2Quad 8400
8gb ddr3
hd5870 ATi
5x 1tb of hdd
epsilon 600 watt 80plus PSU
now i have to put the power supply outside then my pc not restart suddenly…is this psu problem….and i been searching for +12V rail….my readings 12.456 on idle…then under load 11.948 like that…that underload also the reading drop and up……
need help and suggestion..thx guys…
What readings are you talking about and from where?
Have you got another system available for testing?
The reading for normal +12vRail on power supply…when i started game like Crysis2..reading goes to 11.648 and then go up to 12.048..then down back..then so on…is that normal??..then my PC restart suddenly about 10min 20min in game…but sometime i can play game so many hour…….
i does not have another system to test or make troubleshoot….sad:(
