Does this happen all the time or only when your computer is under load? If it’s all the time, check your HD health using HDSenti and see what it has to say
You can find Nvidia drivers from here:

got it i will be doing that in the mean time im facing one more issue i have 8 gb of DDR 3 rams but when i right-click > properties > and check it say installed memory 8 ( 2.00 usable ) so dose that means im not using full 8 gb of rams if yes what should i do ??
in dxdiag my windows shows as windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Answer #3
Try reseating your RAM, if it doesn’t correct itself test each RAM stick individually (remove the others) and run Memtest.

Yep what suggested would be the first thing to do because the two problems are probably caused by the same issue and that would be the RAM.

See if this helps if what mentioned doesn’t work out. It looks similar to the problem you’re facing

just for u guys to know what is the issue im upload the pic of my dxdiag and Computer properties http://postimage.org/image/l1aobetzb/
and one more thing i went to BIOS and in main menu under system information it shows me the same thing that usable memory is 2 GB apart from that i dont see other 6 gb plz help

memtest is a small utility that will test your RAM modules for a few hours and will tell if they are faulty. It looks like you have problems with your ram. Test them one by one. i.e. keep only one module attached and remove others and then run memtest.
this shouldn’t not mess up with your os.

Here is some reading..

You could try putting different mem sticks in different slots and look in bios to see what you get with different combinations.
Otherwise you had better say what your make/model of motherboard you have and what CPU.

hey guys thank your so much after removing all the rams from the slot and checking them one by one with memtest the issue go fixed although memtest did not show any kinda of error in any rams i ran only 2 pass here is what my rams look now but they are still 7.50 gb is that all right ???

Try one stick at a time with each slot in turn and see if they read correctly..
Eg. Installed mermory(RAM) 4GB…4GB useable….Or is it always saying 3.5GB useable ? (assuming you have 2x 4GB sticks).
Cleaning the contacts of the memory sticks with a pencil eraser could be helpful and blowing out slots with compressed air.
For a more thorough clean, a plastic safe contact cleaner may be used..

Reseating, cleaning or replacing the hard drive cable would not do any harm either.
Have had bad Sata cables that cause data loss and watch for loose Sata power cables..

Maybe 500MB is mapped for video memory..
