For the CPU, you can go for one of these:

The Phenom II X4 970 is a bit old now and since you’ve chosen a 970 motherboard, you should get a Bulldozer.
Bulldozer supports memory up to 1866Mhz, so you should get these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460
The Powercolor brand of 6870:

They all come with 2 year warranty anyway.
The Seasonic X-650:

This power supply with your rig will very likely run in passive mode, this reduces noise and reduces your cleaning sessions for power supply (PSU’s are hard to clean).
You will have plenty of power for a crossfire setup if you use the same graphics card.
Its also pretty efficient.
Hard drive:

Its a terrible time to buy hard drives, I would spend as little as possible or use the old PC’s one. This Green power requires you to turn off its power saving state with a program and it will run normally.
Case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007583%20600006304&IsNodeId=1&Description=NZXT%20Phantom&name=ATX%20Full%20Tower&Order=BESTMATCH&SecondSearch=1
I recommend this case because its got lots of space, its downside will be: you will have to use NZXT fans, no front USB 3.0?
It looks alright.
Answer #2
Bulldozer is trash.
Worst line of CPU’s you can buy.
Get’s outperformed by even older phenom II chips.
There are better intel chips available for your money right now, that will put you on a better platform for future upgrades too.

Answer #4
You could get in with a core 13 cpu and a P67/z68 motherboard.
I don’t know what country you are in, figured it was america as you are using Newegg.
Newegg prices don’t reflect EU prices.
What retailer are you using?
Provide a link please.
Answer #5
im from serbia i used newegg links of parts wich i chosed so you can easyer judge
bcs i didnt want to post links wich r on serbian you wont understand anyway
Answer #6
The memory your proposing will lose a bit of performance in memory benchmarks, not noticeable in gaming anyway.
The motherboard, you will lose some headroom if you would want to overclock since it doesn’t have heatsinks on the mosfets, but the Gigabyte motherboard has newer mosfets so it isn’t a big deal.
The trick with buying AMD parts is get them as low as you can.
Give us a link to your website, we can pick decent cheap cases.

Answer #9
Avoid the above build.
Like i said, the bulldozer chips are absolute trash.
Seems swords is advising people to buy these terrible CPU’s in a misguided notion that it shall save AMD. (check his sig)
Whilst i also feel bad for them the simple fact is there processors are a bad choice.
You would be wise to read reviews before buying.
Check out the review on the best offering bulldozer has to get a idea of how bad the situation is.
Even the phenom ii you picked out to start with would be better.
