{Pc} Assassins Creed 2 crack & Eset Smart Security 5

ESS keeps deleting the file ubiorbitapi_r2.dll , which it calls a vmpprotect..aaa trojan.
Apparently, this is a false positive and so I want ESS to ignore this file, but in the quarantine section when I select the file, the “restore and exclude from scanning” option is greyed out. How can I exclude the file ?
