^-^ I see what you mean…If he has spare USB headers on the mobo, he can use front or rear pa sockets.
For front pa they often come with a card reader.

But then again the OP says he has no more motherboard connections..
So the answer to that would be a PCI (for usb2) or a PCI-E card for USB3….Whatever suits !
