Nintendo Wii Backup/Copy games

But im not quite familiar with the whole ‘copy Wii games’ thing.
I dont really know where to start.
Is is just insert wii disc in my DVD drive and rip and than burn to DVD R?
I’m guessing thats not going to be that easy.
So could anyone get me the required information on how i should burn the games and what i need to know about it
