nintendo ds game downloads

I downloaded some nintendo ds games from here. Does anyone know how to put them onto our nintendo ds? i would really like to get them for my 3 little boys but I dont know how to make them work once i have them. Can someone help me please?

just buy a r4 card and then get a sd card to save the games on…i did this 3 years ago and it was sweet put 148 nds games on a 8gb r4 card and couldnt be happier
