neuview subs problem

I just dlled nueview. quality is great, but nor external, neither internal subs cannot load. any ideas?

just drag and drop the srt file or subs file onto the player while the movie or what ur wanna watch starts playing. i donno why it doesnt auto show subs but its lame. only easiest solution is this one so far.
others inclde: dowloading k-litew codec and playing with the subtitle configurations, but its troublesome and by the time uve figured out, uve might have spent two days and uve wasted the time to watch ur fav movie.
