Need some help guys please with rs

I got a rapidshare premium account and this is the first time that im using it as i use to download everything as a free user.
Can someone please tell me or show me how to download with rs account as i am rubbish at it.
I want to download vista ultimate thanks.

well get yourself a download manger. I prefer IDM but others might say Flashget. Now go to the settings in the RS account and turn on direct downloads if you havent done so. Now go to IDM>options>site logins tab and enter the RS url and your details. Now just copy/paste links or copy them to notepad and save it. Then open up IDM>tasks>import- from text file and locate the txt file
