Need help with convertXtoDVD

EVERYTIME , i mean EVERYTIME i convert a video and burn it, the sides are cut off……what should i do?

okay. thanks btw i have a normal tv made in the 2000’s regular square one no Hi def widescreen thingy what should i do with the setting.

Hmmm….I’m no expert but I use this program all the time. My videos turn out perfect every time. Try going to settings > image processing: Both De-interlacing and video resize method, on mine, are set to Automatic. What are yours set to? That’s the only settings that I’m seeing that might be your problem.
If that doesn’t help then maybe someone else will be kind enough to pop in and give some advice
