Answer #1
think you need to change to advanced settings from standard settings
then you will see performance & quality category, then you can manually change AA setting
high is smoother but may lower your frame rate (make game lag or stutter)

Answer #3
mis-understod what you were asking
that white pattern appears on all videos & games ?
if you click the nvida incon by the clock, do you have performance & quality settings there ?
have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers
you get the latest version of the drivers ? or you use the ones on the CD ?
Answer #4
try clicking on the 3rd check “use my preference emphasizing” and move the slider and see if there are any improvements.

run “dxdiag” from a run box, any errors ?
lower Video Acceleration in the display drivers
the slider under troubleshoot
make any diff if you lower resolution or refresh rate ?
Answer #8
Tried to lower the hardware acceleration?
I’m under WVista right now, the configuration is completely different than XP so well if i remember well.. its in the same place you change the Resolution, click ‘Advanced’ there and look for ‘Hardware Acceleration’, lower it to the lowest level.

Does this happen as soon as you switch on your computer or after some time, have you over-clocked your GC?
Over heating may cause this but its highly unlikely because there is uniform rectangular noise witch, i dont think is caused by over heating.
-The only thing i can come up with is because some of your setting is wrong or smtg like that. PS:AA means Anti-Aliasing. The pixels blind in to give a smooth effect, instead of sharp pixels.

go to device mgr and uninstall the “display adapter”, that will remove the drivers as well
then reboot & let windows reinstall it
how do you hook your TV up, S-video ?
