Offline Explorer or BlackWidow can download entire websites.
You would not be able to do that as it’s an online translator…Just an interface for a massive translation engine..
Try and find a stand alone translation program for the language you require.

It’s impossible. The main script that you need is server side, and the browser will not be able to see it, but just display it through html. So what you’re basically getting is just a fixed page, nothing dynamic if you try to download.
