need help downloading rar file onto cell phone

I downloaded a sbp tv file in rar format from megaupload. I downloaded it onto my desk & also directly into my phone. I then downloaded winrar (after reading up on the web) but have still not figured out how to run the application on my phone. It is frustrating b/c I do know some about computers. But I can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It isn’t possible to run WinRAR on a cell phone. You can’t run an application like WinRAR.
