Need for speed undercover CPU problem

I have a Dual core E6400 CPU.
When im running NFS, he only uses 1 core. (i think)
I core is maxed at 100% and the other is at 2 to 5 %
Anyone has this problem ?

i dont understand where is the problem!i see that the application needs only the half of ur cpu to run.its not weird i think and not a problem…
