now i m in serious problem plz help me Urgent plz
Is it an official update? Make sure you downloaded the correct version for your phone. As far as I know there are different versions of LG G2 (International and Korean version).
If you really want it to go back to normal. Just re-flash the Stock Rom for your device.

my phone was a korean version with builtin kitkat and i dont know how to find a stock version of my phone … i also lost my IMEI number , dont have phone box , showing 10 gb free space in 32 gb card …. and sim service disable The only thing i know about my phone is its korean and d802 32gb

Pretty much guaranteed they’ll be able to help you. and no you havent lost your IMEI number. Just pull of the back cover and look at the phone’s serial number under the battery (if its removable), or look for a barcode sticker, or open the dialer and pres *#06#. That will pull up your IMEI too
That service you used probably sent you the wrong rom.
