my computer will not install any usb drives

it seem any devices ive not used on this computer before will not install drivers
i know its not the pc or the device not having drivers that work on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit because my laptop can install the devices drivers fine
Did you recently reinstall ? if so the mobo drivers were implemented ?
