You can never be sure about these things, so I say if you have overclocked anything, reset it to standard values, and then download and run these programs.
Prime95 – CPU torture test, this is rarely the problem but if you don’t check it how will you know?

Furmark – GPU torture test – this is what you also need to run for some time (1-3 hrs)

The last thing which is most likely is your RAM, I had 2 sticks of RAM from 2005 that was the most expensive at the time and one of the sticks broke, and I couldn’t figure it out, but by removing 1 RAM stick and checking if it crashed, I knew.
For RAM do this :
1 : if you have 2 sticks take one out and boot the system and do what you do normally that causes the BSOD – TURN OFF THE COMPUTER BEFORE AND UNPLUG IT FOR SAFETY!
2 : if you have 4 or 3 sticks, just do as 1 says, remove all sticks but leave one RAM module plugged in, boot and you will see which module is the culprit.
A RAM torture test I used was Memtest, its a free software.

I hope this helps you, if not reply back

Exactly what said, u can test the individual components but not the mobo on its own.
