Megavideo/upload etc

If you have a MU account does that mean that you can watch Megavideo videos without the time limit as well (and Vs if you have a megavideo prem does that give you megaupload prem?)
the reason i ask is that i want to statr uisng MU as RS is very annoying and i can seem to find as many HF links as i used too.
