When in EET countries it’s 01:00 AM it’s 00:00 AM for Rapidshare. That’s as simple as I can make it

If RS says 00:00:00 it will be 3PM in Washington.

Wow…it’s not that hard. The RS servers are based in Switzerland. In Washington it will be 3:00 PM when it is 00:00 AM for Rapidshare. Good luck mate ^_^
