Masseffect 2 justicar info

iv already done her quest but forgot to ask for info about the justicar. its on her computer but i cant get it for some reason. I don’t know if im missing something or i forgot to do some quest to get it. any help will do thanks in advance.
E – After some hours i found what i needed to do i just had to talk to some 1 at the market. sorry i wasted ur time guys.
I faced the same problem..
I had to use a previous save before I done ShadowBroker where Liara still in her office..
Recruit justicar..And then do ShadowBroker all over again..
Maybe there is an easier way..
