Making DVD-R smaller(6,2GB->4,7GB)

I have downloaded one film, but now I have to compress or do something to fit it onto 4,7GB DVD. Please don’t ask me to buy DL DVD, because its really hard or even impossible to find Dual Layer+Printable DVD here in Estonia.
I have heard about DVD Shrink or something like that, is it good for job like this?
I want to have the menus, only make the quality little bit worse.

DVD Shrink is perfect for the job.
OR, do the entire job in a single click with something like 1-Click Utilities
