macbookpro heatin concerns

my macbook pro recently started to overheat… creating problems in efficient computing activites… however when i first purchased this device it did not overheat when i ran lots of ~love~… but now it just heats up when i run 1 program… its also summer here like 25degrees max, cud it be the weather or the MBP
Macbooks always run pretty hot, especially in hot temperatures.
Clean dust….
Ditto to the above. Especially if you generally work in a carpeted environment, dust build up can be serious after just 12 months of regular use.
