Mac application install question

January 26th, 2020

I will be getting my first Mac shortly, and I’ve been downloading some Applications for in preparation for when I get my Mac.
Some of the Applications I’ve downloaded, once I’ve unZipped the downloaded file, I then have a folder called Contents, inside this folder are normally either 4 to 7 folders and normally a couple of other files, which have the below names:
The folders:
_CodeSignature
Frameworks
MacOS
Resources
The couple of other files:
info.plist
PkgInfo
I was wondering if someone could explain to me please how I go about installing these?
Thanks in advance

I downloaded them off here. The poster for most of the downloads I’ve got is Mojado.
I think the problem I’m having is that I unzipped them on my Windows PC. And with them been for the Mac, the Windows OS is ripping them open when I unzip them. Perhaps if I left the files in their zipped form and placed them on my Mac (when I get one) the unzipping process on there would perhaps leave me with a dmg or a package that I would then be able to install. But as I know very little about Mac’s I was wanting someone who knows about these things to confirm/clarify this.
