Looking for a new game, please help

I want it to be down right horrific, gruesome and incredibly violent.
I am talking about chainsaws, decapitation, loss of limbs..anything you can name. Basically a lot of blood shed and just downright disgusting violence.
But i want it around 2006 or less (like from 99-2005 sort of thing)
Before you mention some games, i have already played:
SOF 1 + 2, Mahunt, Postal 1+2
Although these games are pretty violent and gruesome, i can only assume their are more violent games out their.
please help me out, throw me some titles (pc only)

umm Gears of War involves chainsaw cutting thats attached to your gun though its not that scary. You can try FEAR series, not much cutting but scary or Bioshock (2007/8).

hmm, try Silent Hill 2,3,4 – scary
Blood 1 and 2 – old but very scary and bloody

Dora the explorer? Jk, what about Condemned: Criminal Origins, that’s pretty freaky. There’s Resident Evil 4, but sh2 director’s cut is still number one to me.
