Kaspersky and Youtube

Does anyone have a solution for youtube not working properly with kaspersky antivirus 2009 ?.
Kaspersky wont allow me to watch anything from youtube,the clips there just wont load…thanks

-Go in your Kaspersky window
-In the web antivirus, under Protection tab, click on configure on the right
-Click on customize on the right
-On the general tab, click on ''USE STREAMING SCAN
restart browser

There is several problem on KAV and KIS 2009 so now i am using KIS 7.0

So where is web antivirus in kav 2009 ??,i cant find it.
I think these instructions are for an older version of Kaspersky
