Just trying to create a site for selling products.

hi guys
recently been trying to figure the best way to go about making a website for buying and selling electronics n accesories.
ive been trying to build websites for my brothers businesses but in the end give up .
i have a domain and a hosting company. just need something like a template i can use so i can easily add and remove things. i learnt how to use dreamweaver and photoshop but i dont think it would be helpful if my stock keeps changing all the time.

Your asking for a lot dood.
If you need to set up a website with a shopping cart, try software like zen card.
Just Google CMS’s.
