Uhm, not really. But mp3 is one the basic things that I wanna start of with converting to itunes. Any download links for that buddy? I cudn’t find in this forum!

try xilisoft video converter ..
it converts both video as well as audio to any format..

Why not itunes itself?
itunes can convert into aac
