i heard there are some good expert websites
where you can register yourself as expert and people ask you questions online

Yeah, there is a site, but I can’t remember the name at the moment, it does everything from IT to household appliances to medical problems.
When I remember it I will edit it into this post.

The easiest way to do it, would be to setup your own website and do Consultancy work. Just advertise everywhere you can afford – even apply for tenders in your local area.
